How do we actually get our goals accomplished?
We’ve dived into goals this month with a three part mini series, to wrap things up let’s see what those broken down goals we ant to achieve really are…
HABITS! Our consistent habits get us to our goals. Habits like gratitude to be thankful for what we have instead of focused on what we want or need that we don’t actually need (hint hint… helps save money for my fellow spenders out there). Habits like positive thinking so we can aid our health with positive body image while working on fueling and moving our bodies better (You can love and appreciate your body now while having goals of better health). Habits like spreading kindness and positivity to others because a kinder, gentler world is always wonderful and you can impact that with those around you everyday in your actions and words.
